The bedtime guarantee

If your child doesn't ask for another story in your first month, email hello@tikotales.com and we'll refund the month. No forms, no questions.

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of paying for a yearly plan and we'll refund it in full.

Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Later months aren't refunded unless the guarantee applies.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Creem, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
